In 2019 Boy Scouts of America became Scouts BSA and let female identifying individuals join troops for the first time and have the opportunity to rise to the rank of Eagle Scout. Troop 1402 is one group that welcomes all genders. Since the incorporation, not much has changed and scouts interact similarly with each other as before. Scouts are continuing to uphold values of honor and to treat fellow scouts of all ages with respect. Troop 1402 ranges from ages 10-18 and strives to pair older members with younger scouts for skill building with all parties. - Community members gather during the Rally for Ukraine in downtown Detroit on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022. People sixteen and older had the opportunity to try and get their donkey around the ring from the start to the finish line. Participants must have all hands and feet off the ground to win. Donkeys bucked, kicked, and refused to move during the five heats. A twenty minute intermission was given to rest and water the donkeys, After, the worst riders, second place riders, and first place riders competed in three more heats.

Chasity homeschools the children, but needed to pick up work when Shane had an open-heart surgery this year. Shane returned to work as an excavator and the two have kept the job at the cemetery.
