Mercedes Cordoba Inga visits the grave of her two children frequently. Both children passed away for reasons related to Lead Intoxication. Her Son, Guillermo Armenara Cordoba Inga, died of Cancer at the age of 3 in 1992. Her Daughter, Mari Cruz Cordoba Inga, died at the age of 18 in 2006. Mari Cruz began suffering from skin conditions, growth deficiency and digestive disorders at the age of 8. By the time she was 18, Mari Cruz had developed a weak immune system and was unable to battle against all the sicknesses. She died a slow death.
