(A1a) – Ronnie Anderson, 45, gazes at the receding San Francisco skyline as night approaches on a night fish for anchovies on Thursday, June 4, 2009. Despite a declining fish population due to overfishing, increased governmental regulations and seasonal cycles, the crew of the Mya Nicole as well as others in the bay area still work hard and love the fisherman’s lifestyle. The captain of the boat, Sean Hodges, 33, said he’d rather die than stop fishing. “It’s like therapy,” he said. “It’s better than sex.”
