Officers question wittnesses while tending to a victim of a car/pedestrian accident at the intersection of Burlington and Clinton Streets early Sunday morning December 3, 2006. According to police, a car driven by Mark Moore struck three pedestrians while traveling east on on Burlington. Moore was charged with an OWI after the accident.
