Carrie French of Firth, Neb., celebrates the end of Run or Dye, a 5K color run Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, in Lincoln, Neb., at the Lancaster Event Center. Runners were showered in eco-friendly, plant-based cornstarch dye at every kilometer mark during the race. Afterward, they were invited to join in a Dye Festival to Tie-Dye the Sky as well as each other. The race is dubbed a celebration of life, friendship, fitness and fun.
