Marion Emery, 36, watches television in her home which is down the road from the Fenimore Landfill in Roxbury Township, N.J. Ms. Emery wares a gas mask due to the hydrogen sulfide admitted from the landfill. Without the mask she suffers from numerous asthma attacks a day.

A plan to put solar panels on a landfill led to illegal dumping at Fenimore landfill, which caused hydrogen sulfide gas to escape from the landfill and has polluted the air in the community of Roxbury Township for months.
