Andrea Blanco Rondon and her children (from left) Lillian, Elisa and Andres all immigrated from Venezuela about eight months ago to escape the failing economy and strife of the country. The family now lives in a one room home in the Santo Domingo communa in Medellin, Colombia. They had no access to medicine and food was difficult to come by in Venezuela and while they hope to return one day, for now they are just happy to have a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs.
