Boy Scouts Gender Inclusive

In 2019 Boy Scouts of America became Scouts BSA and let female identifying individuals join troops for the first time and have the opportunity to rise to the rank of Eagle Scout. Troop 1402 is one group that welcomes all genders. Since the incorporation, not much has changed and scouts interact similarly with each other as before. Scouts are continuing to uphold values of honor and to treat fellow scouts of all ages with respect. Troop 1402 ranges from ages 10-18 and strives to pair older members with younger scouts for skill building with all parties.
