B. Journaling is an open and honest space of release. Often times, we are confined to putting up a front, but being able to escape the chaos in a nonjudgmental form gives an opportunity for solace. Writing down thoughts and feelings helps to understand them more clearly. Through providing the ability to process, journaling offers clarity of the mind, and with that, a sense of healing. A call to mindfulness, both past and future worries melt away in a moment of presence.
