Downtown State College floods with Penn State students and Philadelphia Eagles fans celebrating Philadelphia’s Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, February 9, 2025. Police made no arrests and reported that damage was limited to the theft of several stop signs and one-way street signs. At least one car parked also sustained damage.
